The FIT module is an MVM patented algorithm that takes a user's body measurements and calculates the best fit and size for each garment based on the garment's individual specifications and fit model.
The FIT module can also give a star rating of the fit at the recommended size or at alternate sizes.
- Easy Size - Enter your body measurements, and find out the right size that fits you. Start with the 4 mandatory measurements and add more details as needed.
- Star Rating - If you often hesitate between 2 sizes, our best fit rating will give you a 1 to 5 star rating to help you pick the size that fits your body the best.
- Fit-by-body-part Graph - If you have long arms or short legs, or are not sure how the garment will fit on a certain part of your body, our Fit-by-body-part Graph will show you how the garment fits on each part of your body, where it is snug and where it is loose, where it is short and where it is long.
- Fit Adjustor - find out how a garment will fit one-size-up or one-size-down using our detailed fit chart customized to your body measurements. We can tell you where a garment will be snug or loose on your body in any size. Combined with the Fit-by-body-part graph, you get the ultimate size that fits the way you like best.
- Measurement helper - Not sure how to measure torso or inseam? Your virtual model will show you where to place your tape measure on your body to get the most accurate measurements.
- Measure Once/Use Everywhere - Users can enter their measurements once and retrieve them on every site that uses MVM FIT technology. This is greatly appreciated by users because it saves them time and increases the number of users that can benefit from the application.

A revolutionary new 3D production technique allows the creation of 3D garments in less then 2 minutes by retailers or even end-users. The 3D garments wrap around our 3D models taking into account the different gradations of garment sizes. The new technology called Quick 3D is 100x faster than our previous method. This translates into cost savings for you, and an unlimited choice for shoppers.
How is this possible? Our new Quick 3D Editor uses a proprietary 3D garment library built over the past 10 years. Our 3D library now covers hundreds of fashion styles and CAD patterns covering shirts, blouses, trousers, jeans, shorts, skirts, dresses, swimsuits, jackets, and more. Using this vast library we have already been able to create over half a million different 3D garments.
How does it work? The new Quick 3D Editor takes a front view of your product photo as input, matches it to the closest 3D garment from our existing style library and automatically generates the 3D garment in different sizes. The result is a 3D garment which can be used to create virtual outfits ready to mix and match on different body shapes and sizes.
Quick 3D garments are used in MVM’s shopping widgets to:
